Signal library for Luau with a priority variant and zero allocations on fire.

• 0 KB allocated on Fire over 10K iterations, against 938 KB for LemonSignal with bound arguments and 11.14 MB for FastSignal.
• Around 14% less memory than LemonSignal on Connect, and 27% less than FastSignal on both new and Connect.
• PrioritySignal gives explicit control over the order listeners run in.
• Doubly linked list internally, so disconnection is O(1) and a connection can be reconnected in place.
• Benchmarks ship in the repository as runnable Luau, not just numbers in a README.
• Used in production by Zero Pressure, The Next Vessel and Last Wave.
